I would like to introduce five proposed covers that Piratförlaget (a book publisher in Stockholm) asked me to create for the five finalists of a book competition that they organized. The competition has been taken place online at http://kapitel1.se these past few months and one of these five books will win a book contract with Piratförlaget on the big finals night next Monday!
Since I enjoy writing myself I have a special weakness for designing book covers for interesting books… I also enjoyed the conversations I had with the authors before designing the proposals as it´s always a challenge interpreting someone else´s message and conveying literary ideas and moods in visual form… Enjoy
! (Also check out the covers at Piratförlaget´s website ).
